Deposit Payment:
A 25% deposit is required to secure this Villa for you
Only 15% of the overall rental fee due is held if the booking is cancelled.
Balance Payment:
The balance ( or full payment ) is due 2 months prior to your arrival.
Once paid in full the booking is non refundable.
Payment Methods:
Rates are based on a payment by Wire Transfer of funds.
Payments can also be made with a credit card. Please note that credit card payments are subject to a 3.25% bank charge.
