Guests and owners have the benefit of the use of our 2 waterfront offices:

are keen to provide swift solutions for a wide spectrum of villa
services including dinner parties, picnics, extra house staff,
recommended child minders, island adventure days...and we are careful
to work with the house staff closely throughout a guests stay.

GENERAL SERVICE: Our villa
booking services including photographing, marketing, liasing, viewing, booking, arranging,
assisting arrival, on island services for guests etc, follow up.

COMPREHENSIVE SERVICE: Some owners choose for us to
completely manage the entire villa rental process, liase directly with the house staff to
coordinate the booking and arrival proceedures, welcome meals etc. Extra special care
taken at every step to ensure the experience matches the expectation.
Actively assisting the house staff to resolve any issues quickly and
effectively.
With
this extra service we ensure that the guests are shown the villa
personally by one of us or our managers on arrival.

Assisting Owners Bookings
A
popular service if an owner is sometimes too busy to
fully deal with a booking. The owner can hand over an enquiry/confirmed
or confirming booking to us at any point and we pick up the
client handling - we simply charge according to the
stage of the booking.
