Belle Isle Villa is a spacious, modern family sized house, sleeping up to 10 guests in 5 large bedrooms. The property is suitable for couples, groups or families but do please let us know the ages of any children so we can confirm this with the owner.

It is ideal for holiday-makers who enjoy relaxing in beautiful surroundings, watching sailboats glide by, picking their own fruit from the garden, relaxing in the 2 gazebos, plentiful balconies watching the hummingbirds and of course swimming in the spacious L shaped swimming pool.

Pleasant all year-round thanks to the gentle easterly tradewind breeze you can happily sit and dine outside all year round; with a large covered patio area in front of the kitchen and living room, facing south and looking on to the garden, and two Gazebos in the Garden, overlooking the pool and sundeck.

The property is located on the beautiful Southern shores of Grenada, in the countryside & in a neighborhood that is very quiet and serene; Belle Isle Villa is located in one heavenly location with nature all around and with the sea in all of its glory.

The Villa is safe, picturesque, very comfortable and private, and is only a few minutes from the beautiful award winning La Sagesse Beach, Restaurant and Bar. Local shops; pharmacy, basic supermarket, St David’s police station and post office are five minutes by car.

Perfect for the nature lovers or for folks who want to get away from stress, crowds, traffic , and just want to relax. You can feel like you are the only ones on earth, even though there are great neighbors close by.

Wonderful location as a base to Explore Grenada

If you have an adventurous spirit there is lots to explore on Grenada. Transportation is available, but we recommend a car to explore the island (car hire can be arranged for you).

Belle Isle Villa offers easy access to the many attractions in Grenada such as the capital St George’s ; Grand Anse beach, its hotels, restaurants & bars; Grenada’s famous attractions such as the rain forest; lake Antoine; Grand Etang; the nutmeg plantation; the chocolate factory; the rum factory; the children’s petting zoo; and the waterfalls etc.

On the ground floor is a welcoming entrance lobby, with a powder room, stairs up to the first floor and entrances to the living room & kitchen areas.

Belle Isle Villa has a lovely spacious living / entertainment area, with a high vaulted ceiling & large comfy sofas; for the rare occasions you want to relax inside, this can be done in complete comfort. Double French doors leading to the tiled patio overlooking the tropical garden and ocean beyond.

A fully equipped modern kitchen and dining room await you at the Villa, including a tall fridge-freezer, small fridge, Bosch dishwasher, top range gas cooker–Neff cooker extractor fan, ceiling fan.

An extra utility room is also located on the ground floor, with Miele washing machines and chest freezer, iron, ironing board, etc.

A twice weekly house service is included in the rental

Overlooking the front garden, with a beautifully appointed en suite bathroom featuring Mahogany custom made units, walk in shower, bidet, his and hers wash basins, Grohe taps and shower fittings. With Air Conditioning, luxurious Egyptian cotton bed linen and a large king-sized bed, this bedroom is perfect for recharging after a day in the sun.

The remaining bedrooms are located on the first floor.

The master bedroom is south facing with stunning ocean and garden views, and contains a luxurious super-king sized bed, sofa, Air-Conditioning and plenty of storage space. French doors open out onto a cool shaded balcony overlooking the garden and grounds, the perfect location for sun-downers.

The large south facing twin bedroom with air conditioning contains two single beds, plenty of storage and wide doors opening up onto the south facing balcony, with the stunning garden and ocean views. There is more seating out on the balcony to sit, relax and take in the beautiful view and atmosphere.

The fourth bedroom has a front garden view, king-sized bed, air-conditioning and plenty of storage space.  

The fifth Bedroom enjoys AC and ceiling fan and lovely airy atmosphere with lovely alcove window. A large pleasant room 17' x 15'6" excluding the bay window area. Containing 2 large beds - The room can also be used as an office space. 

The spacious luxury bathroom is located on the first floor with a shower, bathtub, bidet, two washbasins, custom made Mahogany units ,Grohe taps among other luxury fixtures & fittings. First aid kit and basic medication is stored in this bathroom.

A Dressing room with more storage space is also on the first floor.

A magnificent L shaped swimming pool with patio & decked poolside area is located among the landscaped grounds of Belle Isle Villa. Surrounding the pool are 6 sun loungers & 2 sunshades for the perfect relaxation on those lazy days in the Caribbean sun.

Gazebos Galore

Also in the gardens are two gazebos which are ideal for outdoor entertaining; enjoying a cool drink, reading in the shade & dining at night. They both contain tables & chairs, & the large gazebo contains power points to power speakers / electronic devices. Yoga mats, belts & blocks are also available.

Belle Isle Villa has a fenced garden with extensive landscaped grounds; laid to lawn with many flowering shrubs and trees which attract Hummingbirds & butterflies, and an orchard containing tropical fruits, such as: Mango, pineapple, grapefruit, orange, passion fruit, star fruit, noni etc.

There is no wheelchair access, but the while of the ground floor, patio & decked pool area are on the same level, so suitable for people with reduced mobility. There is also parking on the driveway right outside the front door.

older children preferred: The swimming pool is 5ft deep, and is not fenced off. Please let us know the ages of any children in the group so we can confirm that they are suitable.

Usually the property specifies older children 10 upwards but it depends on the number of children and group make up and we appreciate that each group is unique.

Close to a Lovely calm La Sagesse Beach

La Sagesse Beach is perfect for toddlers and young children, as well as adults since the bay is protected by a reef, the sandy beach and the water depth increases very gradually.
