Whispers Villa is a beautiful newly built villa located at Mount Pleasant. It is nestled within 3/4 acres of private grounds overlooking the Grenadines, with Ravine Beach a ten minute walk away.
This Villa will quickly establish itself as one of the best on the island. It is thoughtfully designed with a lovely airy feel, and high quality specification furnishings and fittings throughout.
Exceptional Views
The views from this villa are particularly special with sparkling waters of Ravine Bay in the foreground and the white water on the rocks right over the islands of Bequia down to Canouan in the South and Mustique in the South East. Guests who choose to stay at Bequia Whispers will no doubt be mesmerised by the location and views that the property has to offer.
Open plan living, dining and kitchen area
Whispers Villa has an attractive, central open plan living, dining and kitchen area. This all opens directly to the spacious wraparound veranda and pool deck. The living room is comfortable and inviting, with plenty of all new furnishings. The kitchen is bright with a really nice feel to it, and with the great layout you can easily cook and be social at the same time. Out on the veranda you can dine in style at the large table, with the added option of a barbeque. There is also a ceiling fan so when preparing your meals you will find it easy to keep cool and chilled out.
3 Bedrooms
All bedrooms are all a good size with modern, stylish en suites with air conditioning. The lower level bedroom has its own living area, small kitchen and private veranda. These rooms are light and airy with a really calm atmosphere, due to the light and fresh decor throughout.
Fabulous infinity pool and jacuzzi.
This beautiful Bequia Villa has a wonderful 25 ft infinity pool, with the added luxury of a jacuzzi. From the poolside you can look out at the amazing views, and relax in this beautiful environment!
Lovely outside areas
Whispers Villa is equipped throughout to the highest standards, and with the gardens having been freshly landscaped, you will feel relaxed and be able to enjoy this lovely environment. The veranda is really lovely, with plenty of seating.
Gazebo
The Gazebo deserves a special mention, since it must be the most comfortable on the island, with lovely full furnishings and ceiling fan. Right next to the pool and in a really wonderful setting, it is impossible not to fall in love with this fabulous Bequia holiday rental.
Great extra features
The Villa is fully equipped and the housekeeping team are professional and friendly. Grenadine Island Villas Team give you a personal welcome to the island and introduce you to the Villa to ensure that you get off to a great start at this special property. This is a wonderful Bequia villa, and the team highly recommend it. Car Hire is recommended for the property, although guests may prefer to use the many open backed taxis to explore the island, or the fun, quick water taxis for transportation from beach to beach! "I greatly appreciate the amazing level of service provided by your office! I would give your agency the highest possible recommendation for providing personalized, courteous, and efficient service and if I return to Bequia I won't waste my time going anywhere else. I also appreciated the extra effort to find me an acceptable car rental. Debbie was amazingly helpful and patient with my jitters about driving Bequia roads, arranging cell phone credit on the villa phone, answering questions, and in general making sure I was ok, as was Angel, calling to check on me as well. If I have friends going to Bequia, I will recommend your agency to them without hesitation!
As far as the villa was concerned, Judy (the housekeeper) is a gem and I'm sure the owners know how fortunate they are to have a housekeeper of her caliber! She went above and beyond to keep the property clean, answer my questions, arrange for repairs, and when I was too nervous to drive around Bequia was kind enough to bring me to the turtle sanctuary and beach one day, and then with her husband drive me to town the day I left, because she knew how frightened I was about the roads! I've never seen anyone work so hard and clean so well. She goes as far as to bring the sheets home with her to hang on her line and iron, then bring back to the villa to put on the beds! We had a big rainstorm one day and some mud got on the upstairs verandah; she spent hours cleaning it off and scrubbing, and that evening her husband Alan put in a jury-rigged retaining wall to prevent repeats. Her apartment "sweep-out" was more like a full cleaning!
a couple of recommendations about future Bequia Whispers rentals:
First of all, the property is absolutely beautiful, and the apartment is a decent value, especially given that it includes air conditioning, a modern kitchen complete with dishwasher, unbelievable views, and that beautiful pool! I can't say good enough things about the property, and it is clear how much love and attention went into designing and building it! I was perfectly happy to lie around the property for my entire stay and just enjoy the pool, scenery, grounds, and wifi. I've rarely seen such an amazing view, and to be able to swim in that beautiful infinity pool while looking at the view is a once in a lifetime experience. I was overall more than satisfied with the property!
Having said that, if someone who is going to rent it isn't planning to drive around a lot and especially if they are not a bold driver, or accustomed to roads as steep, narrow and rugged as those on your beautiful island, I would recommend that they make taxi arrangements rather than a car rental. Certainly if I return to Bequia I would rent Whispers again, but I would NOT rent a car unless someone else were driving :>!
