Bequia's beautiful Breadfruit villa rental - Newly built in 2007
Ocar, Bequia, St. Vincent & The Grenadines
 
Location
This lovely villa rental is located above the island's Maritime Museum in a quiet residential area just a few steps from the waterfront and a local swimming beach.  The marina and local bars are near by and there is an excellent restaurant - The Devil's Table - which is built into the cliff Rocks on the marina's wooden dock.  This location makes Breadfruit a very nice place to stay, since it is within such easy walking distance to the harbour.
 
Kitchen and Dining area
The kitchen is nice and bright, with lots of light getting in through the big windows.  It is fully equipped with toasters, coffee makers and nice fridge freezers, along with an outside dining table, for relaxed al fresco meals. If you would prefer, there is also a dining table and chairs inside this simple, peaceful Bequia villa rental.
 
Open living space
Next to the kitchen is a nice, airy living area, with comfortable seating.  This is a great space to relax after a hot day at the beautiful beaches that Bequia has to offer.

The bedroom is light and airy, with a nice calming feel to it, due to the windows and the fact that it has been decorated in nice, neutral colours.  It also comes with a standing fan, helping you to keep cool and feel refreshed.  The bathroom is also a good size.
 
Great views
The views from the balcony reach across the bay to Princess Margaret and Lower Bay beaches - both of these are easily reached by water taxi from the wooden Jetty.  These beaches are really lovely, well worth the short trip, and from here you can also visit the range of bars and restaurants.
 
Rent together of separately
Breadfruit is on the left hand side of the upper level, and it neighbouring apartment Papaya can also be rented.  There is a lovely broad balcony with inter connecting doors for socialising if both apartments are rented together.

This newly built apartment finds its name from the huge shady Breadfruit tree in its garden. A super balcony, high ceilings and quiet location just a few paces from the water and a 5 min stroll into town

From Port Elizabeth, drive along front street heading north through town towards Ocar and Hamilton Villages. Passing Coco's Restaurant on your left and the Bakery on your right, take the first right turn just beyond the Bakery. You will see a sign for The Bequia Museum - Breadfruit apartment is situated upstairs.
TRANSFER TO THE VILLA...
Grenadine Island Villas will arrange a traditional open style taxi to meet you on your arrival on the island and transfer you to your villa. Please simply pay the driver directly in EC or USD - (rates between $10 to $20US).
