Location
Located in Friendship, Friendship Side Apartment is the real deal - a true local house - the lower apartment provides a cool and practical base for a low cost Bequia vacation. This Bequia holiday rental has a great key feature - a lovely veranda with an exquisite view over the fertile valley of Friendship into the sea. These views can also be seen from the kitchen, living room and front bedroom, since all open out onto the veranda. This is a simple property but nicely located for bus into the shops, and just a relaxed stroll away from Friendship Bay Beach.
Living area
The living area is nice and bright, with big double doors that open out onto the veranda. The area is open plan, and of a good size, with a TV and stereo. With the views and cool breeze coming in, this is a really nice place to sit and relax.
Kitchen and dining area
The kitchen is simple, but well equipped with fridge freezer, oven and all the utensils you will need. There is a dining area for 4, and the area is kept cool by ceiling fans. You can also sit out on the veranda and enjoy your meals Al fresco, whilst taking in the lovely views of Bequia.
Bedrooms
This lovely Bequia villa rental has 3 double bedrooms, one en suite. There are mosquito nets and fans to keep you cool and comfortable, and the rooms are decorated in calm colours.
Garden and veranda
The garden is beautiful with many different types of fruit trees including Lemon, Sugar Apple, Plum, Avocado and Papaya. This space is lovely and green, and has a great relaxing atmosphere. The veranda has fabulous views, arguably one of the best over Friendship, and from here you can relax and take them in to the full.
Great extra features
Laundry and a local meal can be provided if you wish, and a friendly smile from the owner is always on hand. The owner is worth a mention as he is one of the steady and experienced seamen of Bequia. He can really help to make your experience on the island memorable and loves to take you fishing - he runs the little provision store next door, so shopping for essentials or a cool beer could not be closer to hand.
