Captain's House is a great villa for larger groups who are seeking a relaxed location and enjoy being near to a beach.
Location
This lovely Bequia villa rental is a short stroll up from the fantastic Lower Bay Beach. The balcony enjoys views over the bay and the surrounding gardens, which have beautiful tropical plants.
Great veranda
The wraparound veranda has great views and comfortable seating, where you can sit and relax in the breeze, looking out at the views. The veranda at Captain's House also has a dining area and barbeque, and a large hammock - an ideal place to relax during your Bequia vacation.
Open plan living area
The villa has lots of room on the balcony and a comfortable, spacious living area with soft sofas, TV, and a stereo system. This area also has wooden floors, and even the great feature of a spiral staircase to the loft room.
Kitchen and dining area
The Captain's House has a good sized kitchen with lots of surface space and everything you need during your stay here. There is also a coffee machine, blender and two big windows that bring in lots of light. The outside dining area is a fabulous place to enjoy your meals, as you can sit in the shade and enjoy the great views that Bequia has to offer while you eat.
4 bedrooms
The 4 bedrooms in this Bequia villa are simple and light, with standing fans to keep you cool. Most rooms have veranda access and are screened. There is a master bedroom with en suite, and a second bedroom with twin beds. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, and there is also a loft with two sleeping areas.
Extra features
From December 2010 air conditioning will have been installed throughout this stunning villa. The Captains House has the added bonus of a library area in the living space, so you can choose to chill out with a book either inside, or out on the veranda in the shade.

Full Directions...
From the harbour turn right onto the Back Street road and head south. After around 5 minutes you will reach the obvious turn off for Lower Bay (as the road forks - the left lane heads up to Friendship and the right lane down to Lower Bay). Follow the road all the way down along the back of the beach front past Keegans Beach Bar on your left. Take the next left turn just before De Reef Restaurant on your right. Take the first fight turn of this lane and you will reach the large open drive of Captains House which is also shared with Lighthouse Villa.
TRANSFER TO THE VILLA...
Grenadine Island Villas will arrange a traditional open style taxi to meet you on your arrival on the island and transfer you to your villa. Please simply pay the driver directly in EC or USD - (rates between $10 to $20US).
