Villa Description

Villa Pattree North and South are two individual Bequia villa rentals that have a lovely central shared pool. They can be rented together or separately, working perfectly both ways. This makes the properties ideal for two couples vacationing together.

Great Location

The location is quiet and elevated, with commanding views over the lovely Admiralty Bay. From this pair of apartments guests are close to the main shops and restaurants of Bequia, and also only a short taxi from two of Bequia's most beautiful beaches - Princess Margaret Beach and Lower Bay Beach.

Excellent layout

Each villa has an open plan living, kitchen and dining area that is nicely equipped with all one needs. This living space area has large double doors which let in lots of light and open out onto the spacious balcony and pool. The living area has comfortable furniture, a standing fan and tv to keep you entertained. The kitchen is simple but well equipped with all you will need to prepare meals during your stay, the dining table looks out onto the balcony.

Two Bedrooms

Each villa has one good sized bedroom decorated in calm, clean colours for a relaxing atmosphere. The room also has big windows, plenty of storage space and air conditioning.

Shared pool and outside area

Pattree has a great central shared pool, with plenty of sun loungers and seating, the pool side area is a really great space to relax and soak up some of the beautiful Bequia sunshine. There is also an outside dining area, barbeque unit and patio area. The panoramic views from the pool balcony are just lovely, and you can easily appreciate your surroundings whilst looking out at the fantastic turquoise water and yachts in the bay below.

A central location on the island this is an established area above the Belmont Waterfront Walkway. The shore side is a relaxing and social area with sandy restaurants...yachts at anchor... children playing...a friendly fun area. Home to Bequia's longest established Hotels,the Frangipani the Whaleboner and the Gingerbread. There are small wooden jetties and its the place to stroll along the shore to Port Elizabeth or past the Dive shops to Princess Margaret Beach just over the headland. Houses and villas here enjoy panoramic views over Admiralty Bay, the finest harbour in the Windwards with visiting yachts form all over the world. The sunsets are breathtaking.
