'Ijeoma' is a fantastic Bequia beachfront property built to the owners specification and completed in late 2009 sitting in one acre (44.000 sq. feet) of tropical garden. It has stunning panoramic views south across the bay towards Mustique.

A single split level property with main house plus three self contained en suite studio apartments of which Tranquility is one.

Tranquility Apartment

Tranquility sleeps 2 guests and is located on the lower level of 450 square feet with a further 250 square feet of covered patio area.

It has a cool, contemporary feel with ceramic gloss tiled floors and a US 'Queen Size sleigh bed.

The apartment has a/c and access to both private and communal verandas, a 30 foot infinity pool, ample sized sun deck and shaded dining and lounging gazebos.

The size and location of This Apartment make it an ideal choice as a romantic getaway for a couple.

A beautiful location

'Ijeoma' faces directly South, a mere stroll from the lovely and peaceful Crescent beach, and at 50 ft above sea level, the property enjoys stunning, panoramic southern ocean views but with easy, direct, access to this beautiful beach. From the upper pool deck level guests can look out at the islands of Mustique, Balliceaux and Battowia. 'Tranquility' on the lower level to the west, and next to the driveway looks down over the gardens toward the beach and ocean.

A luxury studio garden apartment

Tranquility is a cool well designed beautifully furnished open plan studio, with a bedroom, L- shaped kitchen, dining area and en suite bathroom with large corner shower. A safe is available in the wardrobe for valuables.

The apartment has a crisp cooling interior of white walls and modern cream gloss tiled floor. Tasteful images and lighting along with stylish and comfortable high quality furnishings.

40 yards to the beach

A stroll through the garden path gives access down the driveway onto the beach. There's an outside freshwater shower for washing the salt and sand away on your return.

Private shaded patio area

A wide veranda to the South provides shade and cool air. Easy access by a short path to the driveway and ample car parking spaces.

Luxury Kitchen Design

Tranquility has a well equipped L shaped kitchen, stylishly and comfortably furnished with fridge freezer, 4 ring halogen hob, combination microwave and convection oven, single stainless steel sink. Also a full range of modern crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils.

Alfresco Dining for 4

Outside there is an alfresco dining area with hardwood table and 4 chairs. There are outside lights and sun loungers are provided. Dine looking Southwards over the tropical garden to the beach.

Guest Services

The House Manager will welcome you with a drink on your arrival and show you round. She will visit several times weekly as well as providing a twice weekly sheets and towels changing service. There is also a full-time gardener. The services of an experienced and professional beauty therapist is available for you at the house for single spa treatments up to a full 'pamper day'. You are welcome to request additional services directly from the House Manager.

There is a communal laundry room with automatic washing machine situated on the same level a few yards away, available for guests use or through the housekeeper for a small fee.

Accommodation available for 10 guests in whole property

Ijeoma as a whole consist of a 2 bedroom main house plus 3 self contained studio apartments which can each be rented either independently or simultaneously for up to 10 guests (12 including children).

So, in addition to Tranquility Apartment, Ijeoma has two further studios - "Shoreside" on the lower level, and "Panorama" on the upper level

This arrangement works perfectly for families or friends vacationing together but still preferring their own space. Great Levels of privacy are achieved through the layout.
