Footsteps from Beach

This cool spacious tropical villa located in the quiet residential Crown Point area is situated just steps away from a small secluded beach / cove and positioned between 2 of Bequia's premier beaches of Crescent and Spring Bay.  Spring Bay Beach, a natural crescent beach fringed with mature palms. Crescent Beach is just around the corner from the villa and a popular beach for families to swim and snorkel at. The villa is around a 8-10 minutes drive from all the amenities in Port Elizabeth harbour.

Modern Style Villa

Recently renovated and modernised in a simple contemporary style.  This is a cool building in every sense of the word, with spacious open plan rooms & high airy ceilings. The wonderful trade wind breezes help regulate the temperature to the perfect degree. All 4 bedrooms also have air conditioning. Beautifully maintained and styled with traditional natural materials and a modern flair.

Layout Comfortably Sleeps 8 Guests

The top floor of the main building has a spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining space which in turn leads out to the large wooden decked wrap-around verandah offering excellent ocean and island views and the perfect place to relax and enjoy a great book and / or cocktail.

There are 4 bedrooms in total, 2 in each section of the property. The second building contains the two bedroom suites, and is accessed via some steps outside. The master suite with panoramic ocean views, and the second garden bedroom have 4 poster king sized beds, en suite bathrooms, air conditioning, high lofted ceilings with fans and with kitchenettes including mini fridge with ice compartment.

The lower level bedrooms (one with king and the other with a super king) are adjacent to one another with air conditioning, a full shared kitchen and shared bathroom.

Stunning Island & Ocean Views

Guests can sit and enjoy just looking out across the bay over to the uninhabited islands of Balliceaux & Battowia.

Set in Tropical Gardens

Crown Point House sits surrounded on 3 sides by verdant, tropical vegetation. The garden to the main entrance is meticulously maintained and frames the house with a variety of vivid tropical blooms.

Natural Stone Floors & Windward Breezes

The floors throughout are made from local stone and maintain a cool temperature underfoot. Due to Crown Point House being located upon the windward side of the island guests can enjoy the year round natural air conditioning that cools the house via the floor to ceiling height windows and the wrap around verandah. Air conditioning is also provided in each bedroom.

Quiet, Well Appointed Residential Location

Crown Point is a quiet residential area on Bequia, close to 2 lovely palm fringed beaches, whilst also just a 7-10 minute drive from the harbour and the dive shops, bars and restaurants. This villa provides the ideal location for a relaxing vacation, close to the beach, quiet and cool but within walking distance of the main amenities on Bequia.

Ample Parking

There is ample parking space for 3-4 cars at Crown Point Villa. A hire car would be recommended whilst on Bequia.

Please Note

Due to the drop offs from the verandahs / terraces Crown Point House is not suitable for children under 6 years. Older children are welcome under full supervision from parents.
