An English four poster bed in a circular bedroom overlooking the harbour is worth the rental alone. The tower is surrounded by cool, relaxing decking which provides stunning waterfront views of the yachts in the harbour and a wonderful place to eat, unwind and relax.

Two en suite Bedrooms

An English 4-poster bed dominates the romantic round room while the second bedroom has a full-size bed. Both are en suite.

Private Plunge Pool & Beach

A private plunge pool is attached to the Tower, with stunning views over the bay and ocean beyond. There is a ladder from the dock down to the water for swimming, as well as a little private sand beach just yards away. If the tower is booked with the main house there is also access to the main swimming pool. The property provides towels for use at the property, but requests guests bring their own for beach use.

The Sugar Mill Tower can be rented with the Main House to accommodate up to 20 guests.

Includes 3 levels of decks, private plunge pool, dock & gardens. A round kitchen with dining bar opens to the large open-plan veranda, dining & living area. The top deck has stunning sunset views over the bay & Caribbean Sea. The tiny private beach & large private dock are only 30 feet away.

Private Deep Water Dock, Yacht Mooring & Scuba pick up

The deep water dock can accommodate yachts for loading and unloading. Dinghies can be tied to the dock. Yachts can anchor near the dock or rent a nearby mooring from Prickly Bay Marina. Yacht charter and motor boat rental are available, simply contact us for more details.

With the position of the private dock, Scuba divers dream to stay at the property as the local scuba diving school will collect guests directly from the house dock. Sailing lessons are also available.

Officially the property is not suitable for kids and we need to know the ages in order to accept the booking.

The staircase and deck levels are open - not safe play area for kids - portions of the property are high and dangerous. The owner advises that the property would not be suitable for small kids or energetic kids who might risk falling from the stairs or top deck. These locations are wonderful for adults offering beautiful views and fresh air.
