The villa was extensively refurbished and modernised in 2015 and It's living spaces are comfortable and relaxed. The property makes very good use of It's waterside location with gorgeous waterside Gazebo with high quality BBQ grill.

Little Blue is named after the elegant Little Blue heron birds who frequent the bay.  They are often spotted in the trees and on the beach and occasionally beside the pool of the villa.

The Caribbean villa is designed as one roomy double height space with a central clerestory. It is planned as 2 seating areas, a kitchen area, dining area and office area. Four spacious bedrooms lead off the central space and each have a double bathroom attached.

Kitchen Area

Kitchen area – low level units with six burner gas oven, dishwasher, fridge and 1.5 unit sink. Attached utility room with second large fridge for drinks and storage, microwave oven, washing machine and separate dryer, blender, ironing equipment and assorted kitchen goods and utilities.

Open Plan Area

Open plan area – luxurious seating areas for 6-8 people each, one looking over the bay, the other around a 42" plasma and bluray player. Small DVD and blu ray collection available.  Fans over the window area, sun blinds to shield the afternoon sun. Air conditioning unit serving the TV area.

Entrance Hall

Welcoming entrance hall with views to the bay leading into the central open plan living area. Guest washroom with large scale maps of Grenada and the West Indies.

Office

Office corner unit with computer printer, CD player and Ipod dock and small collection of CD's. Speakers within the terrace and gazebo. WIFI connects the whole house and reaches to the terrace and gazebo.

Gym

The tropical side garden houses a small gym with a running machine, cross trainer and a small number of free weights.

Terrace

6 wide curved tiled steps lead to the spacious south-west facing terrace and infinity pool. Separate poolside shower. Shaded pergola dining area seats 8.

Large Weber barbeque, gazebo area perched over the sea seats 4 in comfortable chairs. Other seating areas and sunbeds with a large sun awning for shade.

Private Jetty With Kayaks

Wooden steps lead to the small jetty which stretches out into the bay and can be used for sunbathing, swimming and canoeing.

2 single kayak(canoes) are docked on the jetty which are suitable for use in the bay but should not be used outside the bay.

Included in Rate

Rates includes housekeeping, all bed linen, towels, pool towels, electricity**, water, cooking gas, hair dryers, cleaning materials, soap and toiletries.

Complementary Taxi transfer from the airport to Little Blue is included. Guests are responsible for the return transfer to the airport at the end of their stay.- Unlimited free Internet Wifi- Use of the two kayaks moored on the private jetty

Two wide single beds. Views onto the garden and a distant glimpse of the sea through the neighbouring property. Double closets. Modern and spacious shower room with double vanity unit.

Bedroom 4

King sized bed with views over the palm filled bay on one side and gardens on the other. Large clothes cupboard with safe. Large modern shower room with double vanity basins and open views over the bay.

Electricity - The villa is wired throughout with English plugs.

Little Blue is a non smoking villa. An ashtray is provided for smoking outside only.

Deposit and Cancellation

A 40% deposit will confirm and secure your reservation.

Damages Deposit at Little Blue is specifically related to over consumption of Electricity - this aims to avoid careless use of electricity - eg the AC unit on with the terrace doors open etc. ** 50 units of electricity per day per room booked is included in the rate. Unusual amounts of electricity, which may arise from excess use of air conditioning, will be charged separately at EC$1 per unit.
