Sweet Retreat is perfectly nestled at the quiet end of the beautiful Lower Bay, and is a two minute walk from the white sandy beach. Port Elizabeth and Princess Margaret Beach are both a short water taxi ride away, and guests are close to bars, restaurants and local shops. Sweet Retreat has a wonderful, calm location, an is an ideal base for your Bequia vacation.

Eco Villa

Sweet Retreat is an eco friendly property, with four lovely double bedrooms. The owners aimed to create an informal relaxed atmosphere with these accommodations, and this has definitely been achieved. All the living and sleeping spaces are cool and airy are well ventilated and have ceiling fans.

Comfortably Sleeps 8 Guests

Each of the 4 bedrooms has an American king size solid mahogany platform bed, and all furnishings are of high quality and imported from New York. These rooms are great spaces, stylishly decorated. All 4 rooms have a private balcony, with beautiful views of Lower Bay Beach. The bathrooms are also great quality, with huge showers. The largest of the 4 bedrooms is located on the top floor, the Brown Room, which also offers a private balcony overlooking the bay.

Restaurant Deck

The rustic View Restaurant located on the terrace at the front of the villa offers a delightful location for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Fresh local lobster, when in season is one of the specialities available. With a days notice guests may order picnic lunches from the restaurant to enjoy whilst exploring the island.

Water Taxi & Transfers

The villas private water taxi is available for guests to use and will provide a Complementary transfer when guests arrive and depart.
