The Coconut Court Hotel is a stunning 112 room Caribbean retreat, right by the beach. This family owned vacation base is situated in Christ Church, and is within close proximity to bars, restaurants, shops and activities. This 3 star hotel has stunning ocean views, and various accommodation types to choose from. Perfectly located for sports fans, cricket in particular, as it is close to both the Kensington Oval and the Garfield Sobers Gymnasium.

Where to Eat

The Deck Restaurant opens at 7.30am and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in an open air beachfront setting. The Rum Shop is a well stocked poolside bar and the Seagrape Beach Bar serves cool drinks and frozen ice cream treats and also sells fish food for snorkel enthusiasts and serves to guests under the palm trees upon the sand. In September there is the new Sports Bar & Grill opening opposite the hotel where guests can eat healthy grilled foods and salads.

Room choices for your group

There are 112 rooms at the hotel, and all have a balcony and stunning Caribbean Sea views to enjoy. There are four different types of room at the hotel, each slightly different. There are group discounts available for a minimum booking of 10 rooms at a time. Each room type is priced differently, please see the rates page for more details.

The Superior Beachfront Rooms either have one king size bed or twin beds, accommodating 2 to 3 guests. This option also has kitchen facilities including microwave and refrigerator, air conditioning, iron and board and hair dryer. There is also cable TV and a telephone.

The Superior Ocean View Rooms also have cable TV, telephone, kitchen facilities, iron and board and a hair dryer. These rooms can also accommodate 2 to 3 guests in either a king size or two double beds. The Standard Ocean View Rooms have the same amenities as the superior room, with partial ocean view and sleeping 2 to 3 guests. The fourth option, the Standard Studio Apartments,accommodate 2 guests in twin beds and also have a partial ocean view. In addition they also have the same kitchen facilities, along with an oven and kitchen sink.

Wireless Internet is available throughout the hotel at a small charge of 5 USD per hour, 15 USD for the day or 100 USD for the week.

The Standard Ocean View Rooms have the same amenities as the superior room, with partial ocean view and sleeping 2 to 3 guests. The fourth option, the Standard Studio Apartments,accommodate 2 guests in twin beds and also have a partial ocean view. In addition they also have the same kitchen facilities, along with an oven and kitchen sink.

Complementary Continental Breakfast Buffet

Guests can enjoy tea, coffee, juice, toast, local pastries, sliced cheddar cheese, cold cereal, bread rolls, tinned fruit cocktail and a selection of fresh fruit. Additional hot items may be purchased from the a la carte menu.

Hotel Amenities

Coconut Court beach is large and uncrowded with plenty of shade from mature coconut and beach almond trees. There is safe swimming and snorkeling year round in our protected lagoon. The pool deck features a freshwater swimming pool, a cold water Jacuzzi and a children's paddling pool. There is a restaurant, beach bar, gift shop and 24 hour security. There are even nail and massage facilities - just remember to leave the hotel and explore the island during your stay!

Beach Towels Available

Clean beach towels are provided free of charge on arrival but are subject to an environmental levy of 2.50 USD for each wash thereafter.

Coconut Court Outdoor Activities

There is an outdoor pool and cold water jacuzzi, a children's' paddling pool and a games room with pool and table tennis. There is also WiFi internet access in the hotel's public areas.

The hotel is located 10 miles from the Grantley Adams International Airport; 1.5 miles to Bridgetown; 2 miles to the popular St. Lawrence Gap, 5 miles to Oistins town, steps away from the popular Boardwalk, the South Coast's new promenade which stretches along the coast for almost a mile between Hastings and Rockley offering easy access to world class restaurants, duty free shopping and lively night spots. Located within the Garrison historic area the hotel is within walking distance to The Barbados Museum, George Washington House and the Garrison Savannah racetrack.
