Anguilla Beaches close to the Villa

Clearview Villa is situated just a few footsteps from the rocky coastline of Anguilla. This is ideal for snorkeling but is not a sandy beach. There are however a host of lovely sandy beaches located less than a 10 minute drive away from the villa.  Shoal Bay Beach is just a 7 minutes drive away and one of Anguilla's finest beaches. There are 33 beautiful beaches around the island for guests to explore.

Surrounded by Breathtaking Views

The Villa has great ocean views from every window and cool relaxing balconies. There is a spacious dining/ living area with 2 comfortable seating areas.

Comfortable & Accommodating

The Villa can sleep up to 4 guests and a child comfortably on 1 King Size and a double trundle/ sofa bed in the master suite and 1 queen size bedroom. The villa has a private bathroom for the master bedroom and also a second bathroom. There are all the usual amenities available for guests use as well as 2 hair dryers. There Is a comfortable dining/ living area with cosy couches, the perfect place for guests to sit and enjoy the Anguillian evenings together.

Accommodating Staff

Dora the Housekeeper comes twice a week to the villa to clean and change bed linen if required. Garvin is in charge of the maintenance and is the  groundsman and he takes care of the repairs and villa exterior.

Cool & Well Positioned

The Villa has AC, is surrounded by balconies, has a lovely porch, is cooked throughout by powerful fans and is perched on Harbour Ridge overlooking the ocean ideal for welcoming in the refreshing sea breezes.

Shoal Bay Beach

There are some great beaches close to the house…all less than a 10 min drive away. The nearest beach, just a 7 minute drive away is the powder, white sandy Shoal Bay Beach, one of the most famous & beautiful of the beaches on Anguilla. There are a few beaches within a 5 min drive from the Villa. Shoal bay being the most popular. A nice place to have lunch that's a five min drive is called Palm Grove (located on a beach also). For most of the dining and shops you'll have to drive at least 15 min into town or to the western side of the island. There is room for a car to be parked at the villa.

Warm & Cosy

Clearview Is a cosy place with comfortable sofas and warm colours throughout. The Villa was a family home and feels loved as it was.

Bright & Practical Kitchen

The Kitchen is cool, white and easy to use. Well positioned appliances and a simple uncluttered layout provides a practical area for guests to prepare meals and a breakfast bar allows guests to sit, enjoy the food and the views. There is a washing machine and dryer available for guests use at the villa. Clearview is a short drive away from a couple of convenience stores and also the popular Hibernia Restaurant.

Adaptable & Excellent Value

Clearview offers an excellent value villa, close to the waters edge with room for guests to relax and enjoy the island. The voltage in the villa is 110V and the water from the tap is filtered and safe to drink. Children are welcome at Clearview. If you require a child's crib, mosquito net, bed linen this can be arranged at an additional charge, please ask team for details.**
