Tivigny is a charming property offering 4,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space - it is one of the most spacious three-bedroom rental villas on the island. Here you will enjoy panoramic views from every room.

Path to Beach

From Tivigny, a short path leads down to a pleasant secluded black sand beach. Here you will find the house's private jetty with a dock ladder for swimming, two ocean kayaks for exploring the bay and nearby Hog Island. Within the bay are several great snorkelling sites, plus three marinas - Whisper Cove, Clarke's Court Bay Marina and Le Phare Bleu.

Suitable for all

Whether you are a couple, a family or a group of friends, this villa is suitable for you. Sleeping 2-6 adults plus children in three en suite air-conditioned bedrooms with balconies. There is a child-friendly infinity pool, gardens and courtyard, two gazebos and a gas barbeque for al fresco dining. The kitchen is at the heart of the property offering a breakfast bar and dining area overlooking the ocean.

Transfers and Car Hire

Unless otherwise arranged, we can arranage a taxi to meet you at the airport, just outside Arrival to transfer to Tivigny -guests are responsible for paying the taxi.

We can arrange for a meal to be ready for you on arrival at the house, by request.

We strongly advise guests to have hire cars delivered to the villa for their arrival or on their first morning, it is much more relaxing than collecting the car from the airport on arrival. Please contact the team when arranging booking as we can organise a hire car for you. Please let us know any info or travel details so that we can arrange for you to be met at the airport , order any Shopping etc.

Secluded beach with jetty

A footpath leads to a small secluded beach and from it's jetty you can set off for kayaking, reef-snorkeling or even take a trip on It's Hobie Cat or motor boat. All that you'll need is here for you to explore this beautiful bay and it's all included in your rental price!

From the jetty you can even be taken out for the evening. A water taxi fromLe Phare Bleu can pick you up and transport you to The Lightship for dinner!

No Need to Bring

The owners have provided hair dryers, towels, pool towels, bed linen, soap, toilet rolls, cleaning materials and picnic ware. There is a computer with Microsoft Office 2010 and WiFi. There are DVDs, music CD's and Blue Ray movies as well as a library of books to enjoy.

Laundry

There is a fully equipped laundry which you are welcome to use outside the Housekeeping hours. You are welcome to use this whilst the Housekeeper is not at work, otherwise the Housekeeper will be happy to launder your washing.

Well Equipped Kitchen

This open plan area has a very well stocked kitchen with every kitchen accessory you would expect to find in your own home – blender, coffee machine, toaster, bread maker, microwave, 6 burner kitchen range, dishwasher and 2 large fridges. Plenty of good quality pots and pans, ample crockery, cutlery and plenty of glasses as well as plastic ware for use by the pool.

Bedroom Suites

The Poolside Suite is situated on ground level with Super King sized four posted bed and double fronted balcony. The Palm Suite has two double beds and the Treetops Suite has a King-size bed, these two rooms have a shared balcony so are ideal for children with parents. A fold-up bed and cot are also available.

Infinity pool (Safe for Toddlers)

Tivignys saline pool is beautifully designed so that you can enjoy It's soft water while taking in the ocean views which seem an arms-length away as both waters blend together.

The pool is completely enclosed by optional glass balustrades and gates which can be latched and locked if necessary. Children can be watched from the kitchen whilst in the pool.

Housekeeping

Included in your villa rental is a regular Housekeeping service. The Housekeeper will regularly visit the villa, the frequency will depend upon the number of guests. She will make beds, clean and tidy and generally add to your stay. She will be happy to babysit or prepare meals for you, this service will be arranged directly with her and guests would pay her directly. We can arrange for a welcome meal to be prepared upon your arrival.

Remote yet close to civilization

Tivigny overlooks Clarke's Court Bay on thesouthern coast of Grenada and the nearby village of Woburn provides many local shops and restaurants. The international airport, the city of St George's and the famous beach and shopping area of Grand Anse are only a 15 minute drive away and the bus stop is a short 5 minute walk from the villa if you wish to use the local transport.

Truly unique

Tivigny offers a real sense of height with It's wooden balconies and high raftered ceilings. The views draw your eye wherever you go, and there's a hammock to swing in as you read or snooze in It's shady location. Relax in the living room on comfortable sofas, peruse the library and antiques and enjoy a DVD on the home cinema. You'll find Tivigny truly unique!
