Excellent location

Village Apartments enjoy an excellent gentle hillside location, and can be accessed easily, either from the main road, or from the Belmont Walkway. Located In Belmont, the properties are just a short walk from Port Elizabeth Harbour, where there are local supermarkets, craft shops, bars and restaurants. From the apartments, there is a lovely ocean view out onto Admiralty Bay, where you can watch the yachts coming in and out of the harbour. Village Apartments are also only 90 yards from the beach, and there is also a wooden dock very close to the properties for convenient water taxi ride to other beaches.

Great, flexible set up, ideal for large groups

The Village Apartments consist of 7 self contained 1 and 2 bedroom cottages and apartments, set on almost half an acre of land. These 1 bedroom cottages have private porch and balcony, living & kitchen area, and ceiling fans.

Interiors

This Deluxe Apartment # 7 has one bedroom, roomy dining area and large porch to enjoy the wonderful view and gentle breeze. The Living areas is comfortable, with ample seating and plenty of windows which let a nice amount of light into the apartments.

The balcony spaces are decorated with pops of bright colours where you can sit, enjoying the views and coolbreeze that comes with the hillside location. There is a lovely atmosphere from up here, especially since the apartments are Situated In such a friendly, safe place.

All the apartments have dining areas, in between the kitchen and living areas. Again, these open out onto the balcony, making them lovely spaces in which to enjoy your meals. The lovely high ceilings in the apartments add to the sense of space. The kitchens are simple but well equipped with microwaves, gas stoves, coffee percolators etc.

The bedrooms are simple again, yet very peaceful and comfortable each with twin beds. The private balconies are such a lovely feature, and great spots to enjoy a morning coffee before a day of exploring all that beautiful Bequia has to offer.

Access

Please be advised that there are quite a few steps that lead up to the entrances of the Village Apartments, so the properties may not be recommended for all guests. That said, The Location is certainly a great one, and the apartments are short walking distance from the harbour, bars and restaurants, and of course the beach!

The friendly owners reside on site and are always happily available to help you with island info and any aspect of your stay to help make it an unforgettable vacation (their helpful, friendly nature is well know on the island!). There is also a phone and information board to keep you informed of local activities etc. Village Apartments offers free WiFi for their guests as well as use of ocean kayaks if you wish to paddle around the bay. Cable television and metered air conditioning is available in all units as well.
