This beautifully appointed newly renovated villa, boasts a refreshing open-plan interior, overlooking Admiralty Bay. The 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living area are all beautifully appointed offering the maximum light and comfort during your stay. The living area contains flat screen TV, DVD and Cable television.

Only a minute or so drive from the restaurants and shops of Belmont and Port Elizabeth.

Outdoor Luxury

The terrace and spacious pool deck offers the idea space for outdoor bbq and dining. The new pool with sun loungers provides the ultimate place to cool off and relax and enjoy the Caribbean sunshine.

Villa layout

The L shaped living space, containing kitchen, dining area and lounge, flow naturally into one serene space that leads out onto the small terrace overlooking the whole of Admiralty Bay. A newly built swimming pool and terraced garden area leads down to the air-conditioned gym (shared with Villa 1) which includes a small multi-gym, treadmill, cross-trainer machine, two-way bike, free weights, dumbbells etc. There are 2 bedrooms and a shared family bathroom.

Ocean Sports and Activities

The villas central location offers good proximity to the beach (3 minute drive) and has snorkeling equipment for your private use. Kayaking and windsurfing equipment (with private tuition if required) are available on request. The private air-conditioned gym is accessible via the terrace.

Octopus villa boasts It's own luxury treatments for the ultimate relaxing Caribbean experience. All you need to do is select the massage, lie back and relax!

Families and children

The open plan layout provides the perfect contained space for smaller children to enjoy. There is a cot and high chair available and easy access to the pool for the older children.

This newly refurbished villa is located just a 2 minute drive away from Port Elizabeth, taking full advantage of the town's shops and restaurants whilst being positioned in an established elevated position with a truly great view over the Bay.
