Blue Point Villa Lance aux Epines Grenada Access to Small Private Beach

This lovely suite has access to a small beach at the end of the garden. Prickly bay condos have access to the same beach, however you never see anyone there.  It's a small beach. Walking distance from the villa is the  Calabash Beach and Hotel  with beach bar  and good lunch restaurant. The famous Grand Anse beach is located 5 min away by car.

Warm Welcome

All guests are welcomed with a basket of goodies from the island which include local sim cards, coffee, tea, cold drinks, milk,  & breakfast for next day.

Christmas and New Year Chef

Chefs are much in demand so let us know early if you require chef service over Key Celebration dates.$330USD per day for Christmas and New year Period 15th Dec - 5th Jan approx Chef Service includes :Breakfast lunch Dinner Chef service Also includes a waiter so you don't have to do any serving or washing up and can completely relax. The pre-provisioning of groceries is also available at an additional charge.

This suite is a modern delight where the owners really have thought of everything. There are 2 double bedrooms, both en suite, a screening room, children's activities, jacuzzi, pool, trained housekeeping staff, airport transfer, a provisioning service, meal preparation service, car & catamaran hire available. there really is nothing left for guests to do apart from enjoy the experience.

Fit for life, a local gym,is located minutes away by car from our villa. Guests can visit the gym by taxi or hire car. Please contact the team for details.

Infinity Edge Pool & Jacuzzi

This beautiful infinity pool is 45 ft long, 35 ft wide and at It's deepest point 6ft deep. It's edge overlooks Prickly Bay, the cruise ships and sailing boats and is surrounded by chic sun loungers, pristine sun deck and an adjacent covered gazebo. There is a pool maintenance man who visits 3-4 times a week to clean the pool.

housekeeper & International Chef

There is a fully trained housekeeper and caretaker who look after the guests and an internationally trained chef is available at an additional charge. There is a House Manager in residence.

Private & Exclusive

The villa is located in an exclusive area, is safe and secure and guests will be collected form the airport and brought directly to the villa where they will be served Complementary welcome aperitifs upon arrival on the island. There are 2 guard dogs who secure the property.

Trampoline, Table Tennis & more for Children

This villa is ideal for families with young children. There is a trampoline, table tennis, a Wendy house, slide, basketball and football nets and a children's library.

Sleeps 4 adults + Additional Adult in optional Media room / Occasional Bedroom

There are 2 double bedrooms which are interlinked and ideal for guests with small children. + 1 additional bed can be placed in the media room for a single adult - this room is also air conditioned. If children are in the Group the option of 2 airbeds can be available depending on overall group - this needs to be discussed with the owner. There is also a convenient laundry room.

The bedrooms are pristine with masses of space, cool tiled floors, AC, blinds, chic minimal furniture and views over the bay.

The kitchen is state of the art and contains stainless steel American style appliances, a microwave, integral oven, hob, acres of work surfaces and a central isle.

Free Provisioning on Arrival

The rental rates include a pre-provisioning service. Guests can provide an advance shopping list and the items will be purchased, charged at cost, and packed away in the kitchen prior to arrival.

Blue Point Villa is located just a 25-30 minute drive away fromLe Sagesse Beach and Hotel which is a great place to visit, the beach in particular, especially for kids.

Safe & Secure

There are 3 dogs in residence at the property Alternative arrangements can be made if guests do not wish to have dogs on site. If guests are not keen on dogs then please do let the team know and we can talk to the owner and make suitable arrangements. The owner currently has three dogs. One Labrador, very friendly, one puppy, 14 weeks old and the other puppy, 8 months old ( 2016) . Thedogs are friendly. The owner can tie one of the dogs, 8 months old. Heis the 'guard dog' as he barks when he sees strangers, but only barks noting more - so he is a good asset to have on site at the property.
