Cool & Comfortable

This lovely property is located 1300 ft above sea level, with a constant breeze blowing directly from the rainforest. There are fans available for guests to use at the villa. Made from volcanic stone and solid greenheart the villas have very cool interiors.

Plunge Pool, Privacy & Patio

Guests can enjoy relaxing upon comfortable lounge furniture alongside a refreshing private plunge pool with the Petite Piton view almost impossibly close by.

Open-Air Kitchen

A lovely open-air kitchen helps maintain a cool interior, guests can enjoy a meal preparation service provided at an additional charge, please ask the team for details. The kitchen facilities include a fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, oven & grill and toaster. There is a lovely dining area which leads to the garden.

Cot Available

There is a cot available, simply let the team know and this will be made available during your stay. The villa owners are happy to welcome families to the villa although due to the location, stairways and balconies parents must be responsible for their child's safety.

Beach & Restaurant just 5 mins Drive Away this property puts you close to the restaurants

The nearest restaurants are:

1. Boucan Restaurant 5 mins drive

2. Dasheen restaurant at the Ladera Resort is 6 mins drive away.3. Fond Doux Cocoa Restaurantand; is 8 mins drive away.

On the top of the mountain but 7 minute drive to the Soufriere Beach or 15 minute drive to either Sugar Beach Resort or Anse Chastanet Beach. The closest beach is the Malgretoute Beach at the bottom of the Petite Piton. With the Sugar Beach Resort a further 5 minute drive up the road from the Malgretoute Beach.

La Haut Restaurant is only about a 3-5mins drive away All other restaurants and Soufriere town, Orlando's, Hummingbird Restaurant, Petite Peak, are only a short drive away. The beaches, bars and restaurants are just a 10 minute drive away whilst the house sits peacefully upon a serene tropical hillside framed with landscaped fragrant gardens.

Guest Levy

St Lucia Government applies a tourism tax to guests staying in private residential properties. This is a 7USD per night per person Levy which is due to be paid by guests on arrival at the property.

Housekeeper Cooking service available

The Housekeepers can cook local fare when the guests provide the ingredients at $30US for preparing a meal for the group
